Hats for a tiny head

A few months ago a co worker of mine became a Grandfather for the first time. As a gift I made his granddaughter a few hats to keep her tiny head warm during our harsh Idaho winters.

Poinsettia Hat

The patter for this hat is from the blog Dina Nall's blog Pickles and Ice Cream Design

These two hats were made from the great pattern on Bevs Country Cottage blog
The "BSU" logo was done with a embroidery chain stitch
Too make the tiny foot ball I used a small hook around 4 or 3.75
Row 1: Chain7
Row 2: 1 SC in the first chain from the hook, 4 HDC, 1 SC
Row 3: turn 1 SC in the first chain from the hook, 4 HDC, 1 SC
